An engaging twitter story

A story I read on Twitter that was very engaging was Noah Cole's story about getting locked out of Sally (his dorm). For some reason I could really relate to Noah's story because not only was I in that situation before (when I got valet and still had my dorm room key on the car key's keychain). But anyhow, being in the same place as him in life really helps to relate to how the impact of those events have on an individual, and how well you can cope with them is what defines you as an adult or child. Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is if you learn from them and don't repeat that vicious cycle of mistake after mistake after mistake etc... Thats what i got from the story, how it kind of makes a macro outline of the college experience where you have to make mistakes (as few as possible) and just never forget to remember while your going through a situation that might not even be negative, but ALWAYS learn from it. Even if it a positive experience, learn on how to repeat the positive and make sure that a) it is not a negative in disguise and b) that it won't burn out AKA being a novelty. A good example of a negative situation disguised as a positive is meeting a female that becomes way to consuming of your time and energy, where even when your at work or in class all your thinking about is her. Yea it might be fun right now here in the moment but a truly positive situation is when it doesn't exist at the expense of other aspects of your life, such as partying. Partying is a positive in the present, but down the road its not good for your health.
